Is this the same as a property valuation?
No. HMA’s core appraisal is planning and design-led. Commercial feasibility can be added using cost, value, finance and acquisition assumptions, with specialist valuation advice where needed.
Can you inspect a site before I exchange contracts?
Yes, subject to access and an agreed brief. The appraisal should be treated as proportionate early due diligence rather than a guarantee of planning permission.
