Can a rear extension be built under permitted development?
Some can, within detailed limits. Larger home extensions may use prior approval. The property history, dimensions and restrictions need checking first.
Do you provide drawings for the builder?
Planning drawings alone are not construction drawings. HMA can be appointed for the later Building Control and technical package needed to explain how the work is built.
